What is Skinny Insiders?

Skinny Insiders is a community of Skinny customers like yourself who want to get stuck in and help us make Skinny better. You are an exclusive group of customers we’ve invited to participate in experience, product and service testing, surveys, polls, and forums.  

As an Insider you have the opportunity to share your opinions and influence the experiences, products and services Skinny offers to customers. You are encouraged to share your experiences with each other, discuss what is working well and what could be improved and provide your thoughts on how things might be improved. We in the Skinny team are listening, and we take your thoughts onboard to make our products better. We’ll be sharing the progress back to the community whenever we can.  

We want this to be a fun and engaging place where we all share our ideas and opinions freely and build positively on what others have shared. We'll be managing the conversation to make sure this platform is a safe space and to keep anyone negative accountable and make sure trolls are kept at bay.

Skinny genuinely want to design better offers and experiences that delight customers. Skinny Insiders is an open and honest forum with customers to gather information which will feed into the design and development process to help improve and shape our future for our customers.
